Most standard bathroom renovations take 2–4 weeks from demolition to final walkthrough. Larger or more complex builds (e.g., structural changes, accessibility modifications) may take slightly longer. We guarantee your completion date in writing — and we pay you if we're late.

No. Our white-glove process includes daily cleanup standards and dust containment so you can continue living in your home comfortably. We coordinate work hours around your schedule and assign a single point of contact to keep disruption to an absolute minimum.

Your quote itemizes the agreed work, including design consultation, demolition, plumbing, electrical, tiling, fixtures, vanity, lighting, paint, and cleanup. The price is fixed for that scope. If hidden conditions require additional work, we explain the options and obtain your written approval for any changes to the scope, price, or schedule before proceeding.

Absolutely. Our five collections are starting points, not limitations. Many clients blend elements from different collections, and we also offer fully custom designs. During your consultation, we'll learn exactly what you want and build a plan that matches your vision and budget.

Before quoting, we assess visible and accessible areas for signs of moisture, wear, and plumbing or electrical concerns. Some conditions can only be confirmed after walls or floors are opened. If we find an unexpected issue, we explain the findings and options, then obtain your written approval for any changes to the scope, price, or schedule before carrying out additional work.

Our workmanship warranty covers the installation of every element we build — tiling, plumbing connections, electrical, waterproofing, and structural work. If anything we installed fails within 5 years, we fix it at our cost. The terms are written clearly in your contract.
